At approximately 11.00am today a fault occurred at TransGrid’s Forbes Substation.
TransGrid’s field staff are currently undertaking investigations at the substation in order to establish the exact source of the fault.
Once the source has been identified, the fault will be isolated and power will be restored to the area.
More information and specific restoration times should be available within the hour. Storms are active in the area.
