TransGrid provides property information enquiry services to purchasers of land or their representatives under the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 1995.
We have registered our land interests with the Central Register of Restrictions (CRR), administered by the Land and Property Management Authority. The CRR has been designed to provide a single point of enquiry for prospective purchases in relation to government agency interests.
We also require that all enquiries are lodged through organisations with online access to the CRR. A list of these organisations can be obtained by visiting the Land and Property Management Authority website.
We provide information on existing land interests or any board approved proposal that would affect title to the land.
