Environmental assessment for the Holroyd Substation must be carried out in line with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Environmental consultants Sinclair Knight Merz prepared the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) as required under the Act.
TransGrid publicly displayed the REF during June 2010 and accepted submissions from the public.
