May and June Consumer Consultation

​TransGrid is holding various face to face consultations with consumers and consumer group representatives on TransGrid’s five year business plan and vision for the future electricity network and supply for NSW and the ACT. 


Independent consultants will prepare reports on the consumer consultations so you can see what has been said. The consultation documentation will be updated on this website as it occurs.

Feedback to date, showed that customers want to continue the conversation. It has also helped us develop our Consumer Engagement Charter

Now we would like to extend the conversation here, by telling us what is important to you about your electricity supply. You can help us ensure that our five year business plan is relevant and delivering the services you want.
