TransGrid operates a centralised, round-the-clock operations centre that takes calls if there is an issue with your high voltage or telecommunications asset. 

Details of the incident will be recorded and local crews will be dispatched to your site. The team will let you know when the crew will be on site. Once the immediate issue has been remedied, you will be provided with a report detailing both the work completed and any recommendations to minimise the risk in the future.
