Biography

Gregory Lovell was appointed to the Transgrid board in January 2026.

 

He joined La Caisse in 2016 and is an Investment Director in its Infrastructure team. He helps manage La Caisse investments across the Australia / New Zealand region, including Port of Brisbane and was previously on the board of Plenary Group Asia Pacific.

 

He has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure investment, mergers and acquisitions and asset governance, including at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland. 

 

Gregory holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Commerce (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.
