For a non-urgent fault
Use the Maintenance Portal to report an issue for a non-urgent fault, i.e. branch over hanging near electrical lines or leaking tap in the kitchen. Include the site, location, fault details and, if possible, attach a photo of the identified faults.
Transgrid staff are to report issues directly into Maximo fault management system.

For an urgent fault
Call 1800 027 253 to report an issue for an urgent fault that's impacting the operations, security or safety, i.e. hole in the perimeter fence or there is a fire on site.
