For a non-urgent fault
Please use the Fault Report form to report any non-urgent faults, such as oil leaks from equipment, damaged fencing, faulty lighting, vegetation encroachment within the yard or along the fenceline, or water ingress into buildings.
Once the form is submitted, our team will action as soon as possible and may be in touch to clarify any details.
Transgrid staff are to report issues directly into Maximo fault management system.
For an urgent fault
Call 1800 027 253 to report an urgent fault that's impacting the operations, safety or security, such as a hole in the perimeter fence or a fire on site.
Our team will provide any guidance required or next steps required.
